Nice new cam :D

Happy New Year
“What can be said in New Year rhymes,
That’s not been said a thousand times?
The new years come, the old years go,
We know we dream, we dream we know.
We rise up laughing with the light,
We lie down weeping with the night.
We hug the world until it stings,
We curse it then and sigh for wings.
We live, we love, we woo, we wed,
We wreathe our prides, we sheet our dead.
We laugh, we weep, we hope, we fear,
And that’s the burden of a year.”

Seems as if you had a nice Christmas! :D I really dig the shot. Seems to me as if the huts were walking into the sea on their slender legs.... :)

Hi, You've got a great Camera...learn that manual....this camera has all kinds of potential, learn to use the manual settings and play with the processing software that came with it.
I shoot a canon, and have for over 10 years..top quality stuff from the lenses to the different settings available to yuo on that camera..congrats on getting a top quality set up!

I don't want to sound rude, but I know how to use a camera, I've been taking pictures for 3 years with DSLR and
I always shoot manual and use Lightroom but thank you ^^ I'm more into portraits, it's true that I'm not used to landscapes, and I still have more to learn about it!
I've waited to have a great camera for a long time and I'm very happy with it!

I love this! Clap   But, why do those houses have legs?

Hhaha that's not house, it's for fishing! The long legs are made so you're in higher point to fish. "Carrelets" (french word) is the fish net used to fish in this little "house"! I hope it was clear, I'm so sorry if it was not ^^"

Yes indeed! I can't say that to the lense, but it does a great job already (better with portrait than landscape)
